Bucket List Photo Challenge: Day 20.

Day 20 of my Bucket List Photo Challenge!

Circle

As you know, I like to tell stories with my photos. I wanted to share something personal for the word circle, but what on Earth could that be? I took a photo at a restaurant a couple weeks back of the salt shaker, which is one circle with a bunch of little circles, too. But what did that say about me? That I like salt?

Today I ran a quick errand for dinner ingredients and I was staring at the circles on my dashboard. The circle above is my speedometer… but the best part of the photo is the mileage calculator: 230,470. This is my 1999 Chrysler Sebring convertible that I’ve had since 2000. I simply refuse to get rid of the car until it completely dies… which could be three days or three years. What I do know is this: my Grandpa worked at Chrysler (Jeep) for 36 years. I believe in their product. This car has been a blessing to me for the better part of 12 years— and I don’t care if people crack jokes! Why trade something in for a newer model if the old one runs just fine? Since we’re in inauguration mode, maybe I can make this car last for four presidential terms? 16 years? Get a new car after the 2016 election? I don’t think it’ll make it that long… but ya’ never know.

You can see my list of words and phrases for January below… we’ll caption the above photo CIRCLE and scratch that item off the list.
