Bucket List Photo Challenge: Day 10.

Day 10 of my Bucket List Photo Challenge!

foundation

I’ve seen a lot of other photos for the word foundation. Some photos are of buildings. My friend Debbie did a church with a very nice description. Others have done photos of their family or parents or grandparents. I thought about plants, for some crazy reason. When I saw this new little sprout coming up on this plant in the house today, I knew I had my photo for foundation. This little guy wouldn’t have had the opportunity without a great foundation, like most forms of life in this world.

You can see my list of words and phrases for January below… we’ll caption the above photo FOUNDATION and scratch that item off the list.

  1. I like this very much. Always, a feeling of hope is established when a seedling breaks earth. What a monumental conquering of a seed! Well done, Sir, in relating the word FOUNDATION to a tiny, oxygen-bearing plant. Enjoying your perspective!

    • Thanks for the comments. The photo was definitely a whim… but you are correct— even a tiny plant is the foundation for something else, just like it needed a foundation to begin its own life.
