Bucket List Photo Challenge: Day 4.

Day 4 of my Bucket List Photo Challenge!

corner

I live in a house on a corner. From that corner, you can see so many other homes that are for sale or rent. So I decided to take my camera and myself to the middle of the intersection and snap photos of the For Sale/For Rent signs that my camera could catch from there. Of course, this meant 4 separate images— one for each corner. These shots turned out kind of sad… which is the feeling that I get when I look at my neighborhood. This older neighborhood used to have such character— and now people are flocking away, like in so many cities and towns across the country. These collage of images really hit home when I realized that I could see 7 For Sale/For Rent signs just in my camera’s viewpoint…. from my corner.

You can see my list of words and phrases for January below… we’ll caption the above photo CORNER and scratch that item off the list.
