Who Encourages YOU? — Day TWO of National Tour!

Iowa is a beautiful state… the town and scenery reminds me of Ohio, where I was born and raised.

The people here clearly care about family. They also value their schools, libraries and small businesses.

We are hoping to learn just as much as we teach during our Encouragement Across America Tour. We want to learn about the people and places we visit and we are doing that through asking them about encouragement— where do you find it? Who encouraged you as a child? Who or what encourages you NOW? How can kids encourage others? How do YOU encourage others?

We would love to hear from some of you… just post comments below. And share this post with your Facebook friends.

Here is today’s video update:

Also, we don’t want you to think that this tour is ALL serious and educational, ALL of the time– we’re going to try to entertain you, too. As I’ve mentioned on this blog before, I love people that can make fun of themselves. So here I am… exploring the school lunch options at one of the schools today:

Pizza, tacos… or cold lunch. Guess which ones I want.

That’s all for today! Please keep in mind that we are still booking schools for our October tour dates.

Check back tomorrow for another update.
